The message we want to get out there is that South Belfast Foodbank is STILL OPEN but how we operate has dramatically altered.  For the time being we have stopped all face to face sessions and have instead moved to pre packed crates going directly to the frontline agencies and  we are piloting other distribution methods.

Here’s a message from Bruce, the manager:

‘Thank you so much for your patience while we try to adapt and adjust our operating mode. We have had so many enquiries about helping and giving food, but we are putting together the safest systems and protocols in place and piloting them first before we take you up on your kind offer of help. We are moving very slowly in order to be safe. Please do pray for us to have wisdom and patience and to work from a place of rest and trust.’
